Rövid ismertető:

 

A munkaidő kalkulátor segítségével legfeljebb 3 éves idõszakra kiszámíthatjuk a munkanapok és az ünnepnapok ill. a munkaórák számát.

 

A kezdõ dátum megadása után két lehetõségünk van a számításra:

 

1. a kezdő dátumhoz hozzáadjuk a kiszámítandó időszak napjainak számát, vagy

2. megadjuk a befejezõ dátumot.

 

Munkaórák kiszámítása esetén a beállítás menüpontban megadhatjuk az egyes napokhoz tartozó munkaórák számát (hétfõtõl péntekig ált. 8 órát, szombatra és vasárnapra 0-t kell beírni). Munkanapok számítása esetén az egyes napokhoz az 1-es értéket kell beírni. A beállítás mezõinek kitöltését követõen a 'Számol' gombra kattintva olvashatjuk a részletes munkaidő összesítõt az adott időszakra eső ünnepnapok jegyzékével.
